You've told us your vision for Downtown Honesdale. We have a plan. We need YOU to help make that plan a reality!
Today, the Greater Honesdale Partnership and their members and community look to the future to revitalize downtown Honesdale.
The plans include:
- freshly painted and repointed building facades
- connector plazas to the park and trails
- a new parking structure
- safer crosswalks and sidewalks
- updated lighting
- benches
- planters
The Greater Honesdale Partnership has established a fund at the Wayne County Community Foundation to be able to accept tax-deductible donations from the community to support the revitalization plan that was created in 2020 for downtown Honesdale.
While Honesdale's authentic, small-town charm and sense of community remain strong, the community's needs continue to evolve. Honesdale proudly leverages its already beautiful downtown infrastructure to build its future, one that includes a great opportunity for entrepreneurs, small businesses, and investors.
