Friends for Rescues NEPA was created by a few friends who previously fostered cats/kittens and fundraised for local cat rescues. Through that personal experience we learned that it takes a lot of courage, passion, and hard work to help animals in need; and there never seems to be enough help or funds. Our mission is to raise funds to assist these rescues with needs such as supplies, monetary donations and sponsored adoption fees. We are run entirely by volunteers with all profit going towards assisting these rescues.
