The Wallenpaupack Youth Lacrosse program is a startup club-level youth sports program. The club will bring children together by their appropriate grade level to play the sport of lacrosse. This sport, above others, teaches kids the full value of teamwork, enriches communication, and supports active game play to keep kids moving.
Lacrosse has been the fastest growing youth team sport in America for the past 10 years, and it's time that our Wallenpaupack, Wayne Highlands, and Western Wayne students get to try this amazing sport.
This program is designed to educate boys and girls, grades K - 6 about the sport of lacrosse through clinics and workshops, ultimately driving them into a competitive Spring season each year. There’s a bonding that takes place within the lacrosse community that is unlike any other sport, along with its competitive nature, skill, communication requirements, and field IQ, lacrosse is the best all-around sport for developing youth student athletes.
